As a licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of practical experience in the social work field, I bring all of those experiences with me as I endeavor with you to achieve the life you want to live. I utilize multiple theories in my counseling practice including social learning and family systems theories to help resolve your concerns.

 

 

Many people are living lives that are less than what they want and less than what they can have.  Yet many just don't know how to do better consistently. Some become discouraged  and give up because of the difficulty with maintaining the gains  achieved. Others just don't start because they fear they can't achieve what they want to achieve. They lack confidence and the support to keep moving forward.

 

By looking at the traps that seem to be all along the pathway you are traveling, we begin to learn to recognize them at a distance and navigate them successfully allowing you to focus on what really matters to you.
